Technically, Tequila is one specific type of Mezcal…Modern urban sipping commands re-visiting these Mexican Pride loaded spirits. You don’t shoot Tequila anymore, and you practice your Spanish over the obscure agave variety names. This class, our first in a series of “Spirituous Battles” will show you the pure and beautiful un-aged, as well as aged versions of both. Similarities and contrasting elements will be emphasized during the class. Hopefully you attend with a friend/lover who prefers the other spirits!
